If you're only going to take one thing away from me, it should be the hip flow video below. I use this everyday when I wake up, and start every Roark Gyms class with it. Our members now use it before runs, on vacation, and we've even seen videos of our people taking their entire family through it before Thanksgiving. The point is, it works. You'll feel better having done it, so treat yourself to a little movement.
