Bands are the versatile, go-anywhere accessory for customized training. Mobility work, injury prevention, and shoulder and glute activation are the key ways you'll be using them in your training with me, and they'll help you stay active and healthy when you travel.
If you're new to training, grab the Light Resistance set. If you're stronger and have experience with training grab the Medium Resistance set. If you're not sure, I recommend going lighter because we can always add a few more reps and/or adjust our grip to modify for your needs.
